The State of Millennial Parenting (or lack of)

Since becoming a parent I have begun to explore how my fellow Millennials are parenting. It's much different from our parents as we are confronted with an era of economic uncertainty. When it comes to how we work it is estimated that in a years a large number of Millennials will be working for themselves. Meanwhile, Millennial fathers are attempting to re-invent what their role in the home but are facing challenges at work that women have been experiencing for decades. I also dissected why so many of my fellow Millennials are choosing not to have children.  What is clear is that our country needs to examine what systems of support it provides families. In the meantime, companies like Netflix are taking action since the government doesn't.  It seems for Millennials "Choices" are relative to our financial status, and attitudes about our futures.
